We recently bought two investment properties through Sandy Warren.  We are experienced property investors having owned several investment properties throughout the South Island for a number of years.  We were hugely impressed by Sandy’s communication skills, timeliness, and efficiency.  She worked hard on behalf of her vendors, but was also very good at communicating with us in a fair and even-handed way.  Punctuality was also a strength of hers.  Sandy also has a cheerful nature and good sense of humour.  We have no hesitation in recommending her as a vendor’s agent.
