This is the first property I have ever owned apart from one other property a couple of months before was the only other property I looked at with an open home.  The contrast was amazing.  Glenda was extremely helpful answering my questions, she was honest about the property and possible problems ie the other open home when there were clearly issues with the home the agent (different company) pretended there was nothing wrong when it clearly had dampness issues and other foundation issues!  Glenda was prompt in replying to emails or getting back to phone messages.  She was friendly and I would highly recommend her and use her if I ever thought of selling.  (I’ve already been telling people about her.)  I was really impressed with her ‘go the extra mile’ attitude.  Altogether a great experience!

We first met Tanea when we were looking as prospective purchasers and I was taken with her friendly, helpful but non “pushy” approach. When we came to sell I initially hesitated wondering if Tanea’s apparent low key personable manner might not suit our property but how she proved me wrong! Tanea ended up selling not only our property but a neighbouring property as well and also secured the sale of our purchasers’ property enabling our sale to proceed. Even though we had a good contract which seemed likely to proceed Tanea wasn’t happy to rest on her laurels and secured a backup just in case.


I will certainly recommend Tanea to friends and contacts as a fantastic agent with a ready smile and helpful manner which endears her to vendors and purchasers alike.
