When considering a real estate decision I feel it is important for you to know a little about the person you are about to employ, so here are a few details about myself:
I am married to Wendy with a family of five adult children. I spent most of my youth in the Nelson region, then worked in Banking and Capital Equipment Sales in Wellington before commencing my career in Real Estate in Nelson in 1978. I am interested in most sport, music and classic cars.
After working in Real Estate for five years I became a Partner in a local Real Estate Company in 1984. This Company grew into one of the major Franchises operating in the region today. I resigned as a Director of that Company in 1994 then formed Haven Realty and was the Principal/Director of that Company since its commencement in business in 1995 until December 2013. My wife Wendy is also actively involved in the Nelson marketplace as a Licensed Salesperson.
I have been involved on the local REINZ Committee since 1986 and
during my time of service to the Industry I was Nelson/Marlborough President for two terms of office.
I am convinced that a supportive team, a stimulating office environment relate directly to a motivated attitude and successful results in all Real Estate markets.
