Tanea has been friendly, straight forward and extremely helpful throughout our purchase, even from before viewing the property.  Being from the U.K. we were not used to the New Zealand purchasing system and Tanea patiently talked us through this, highlighting potential issues that might otherwise have tripped us up.  She was always available, managed expectations and was enthusiastic throughout, making the purchase a lot less stressful than it otherwise would have been.  She also gave impartial advice on engaging reliable third parties, which helped massively.
